NIA Career Transitions Platform
The independent phase institution (R00, K22) or postdoctoral institution (K00) must submit a transition application to NIA on behalf of the candidate for the R00, K22, or K00 award.
The following table provides NIA transition application due dates for a given fiscal year:

Note – a transition award cannot be activated in October.
